| | ABOUT ME | | Blair has been a licensed realtor since 1974, serving the Real Estate needs of his clients in the Whitby, and the Durham Region.
His career has included managing a large corporate office, and owning his own Real Estate Brokerage, all the time selling and listing for his own clientele.
In 1997 Blair sold his small brokerage to Royal Lepage, and has devoted 100% of his efforts to his clients needs.
Blair has always been in the top 10% of sales performance, and takes enjoyment from working in his clients best interests whether buying or selling.
Blair is assisted by Esther Buchanan, his partner and licensed assistant. Blair and Esther compliment each others abilities, and make a strong team dedicated to their clients.
Involvement in the community through The Rotary Club of Whitby Sunrise is Blairs' other interest. Both Blair and Esther spend time supporting Rotary projects in the Town of Consuelo in the Dominican Republic.
He is a past President of the Rotary Club of Whitby, and Past President of the Durham District Real Estate Board.
From 1999 to 2002 Blair also served the Province as a part time member of the Assessment Review Board as an adjudicator of property tax appeals.
