"after 4 1/2 years in old Whitby,a new job made us move back to Denmark. This was our 9th move in the past 19 years.

I met Blair for the first time a few years ago when he was representing the people who bought my new home. First impressions are the most lasting and I remember thinking. Why didn't I hire this guy?
He's so down to earth and easy to understand.

So a few years later, when my daughters and sons -in law were going into the house market for the first time, I highly recommended Blair because he was a professional who was interested in building relationships rather than making a quick sale.

Some time ago, we decided it was time to move,since our existing home had become a little cramped for our growing family. As with most people, we were nervous about finding the right house,and selling our existing home.
Added to this, we both have demanding schedules, and don't have unlimited time to view countless residences.

With Blair's help we found "our" perfect home, after viewing only 4 houses. This was made possible by Blair's asking the right questions to determine the right home for us.
The task of selling our existing home was made easy, since Blair accomplished this in 2 days, and at 97% of the asking price.
